Jason Tiffany is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in quality management and product development, currently serving as an Engineering Manager, Media Qualification at Donaldson since January 2013. Jason's responsibilities include overseeing the Quality function, managing the quality team and manufacturing department, and ensuring adherence to IATF16949 QMS certification. Previously, as Global Quality Manager - IVS, Jason focused on fostering team-driven results toward growth targets. Jason also led an engineering team as Product Development Team Lead - GTS, spearheading innovative projects with global impact. Prior roles at Covidien involved technical leadership in product and process design for FDA-regulated medical devices, and experience at Greenheck Fan Corporation included manufacturing engineering roles aimed at enhancing productivity through lean manufacturing initiatives. Jason holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management from St. Cloud State University and a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
