Dan Gordon has a strong background in quality management systems and quality assurance. Dan is currently working as the Director of Quality Management Systems at Donaldson since May 2023. Prior to this, they held various roles at Philips, including Senior Manager of QA & Quality Engineering from January 2021 to April 2023. Before joining Philips, Dan worked at Spectranetics as a Senior Design Assurance Engineer and a Design Assurance Engineer from September 2016 to January 2018. Dan also has experience at St. Jude Medical, where they held roles such as Senior Quality Engineer and Quality Engineer II, providing project support and implementing problem-solving techniques. Additionally, they worked as a Quality Intern at St. Jude Medical during their earlier years. Dan's work experience also includes a role as a Laboratory Research Assistant at the University of Iowa Biochemistry Department.

Dan Gordon completed a BS/MS degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Iowa between 2004 and 2009. In addition, they obtained certifications such as an Orange Belt - Lean Six Sigma Operational from St. Jude Medical and an ASQ Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA) from ASQ in 2012 and 2011 respectively.
