Bryan Hodnett has a diverse range of work experience that spans over a decade. Bryan began their career as a Land Surveyor Intern at Hydro Consultants in 2009, followed by an internship at Picou Brothers Construction in 2010. In 2011, they worked as a Training Coordinator/Project Engineer Intern at Jacobs Engineering before starting their own company, Hodnett Construction Consulting, as the Owner. Bryan then joined Group Industries as an Estimating Assistant in early 2012. Bryan became a part of the NextGen Council at Greater New Orleans, Inc. in 2014, where they played a role in developing future leadership for the region. Since 2012, they have been associated with DonahueFavret Contractors, Inc., where they have held various positions including Senior Project Manager, Director of Business Development, and currently serves as Vice President of Business Development. In their current role, Bryan works closely with the CEO to identify new industries and markets for the long-term growth and expansion of the company.

Bryan Hodnett completed their education at Louisiana State University. In 2008, they began their studies and graduated in 2011 with a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management. Continuing their educational journey, Bryan returned to Louisiana State University in 2017 and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Finance, General, in 2019.
