Ana Belen De Frutos Herrero has a diverse background in social services and emergency response, currently serving as a Teleoperado de TAD en la recepción de alarmas emergencias at DomusVi España since July 2022. Previously, Ana worked at Grupo 5 Acción y Gestión Social in social services during the cold weather campaign and held auxiliary roles in social services at Accem. Ana's experience includes managing home assistance programs and social welfare tasks at Ayuntamiento de Madrid, alongside roles controlling access at sporting events and handling customer relations for Orange. Educational qualifications include a Diplomado en Trabajo Social from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and certifications in coordination of home assistance and leisure dynamization for children and youth.
