Rachel Melancon has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2015 as an Educator for lululemon athletica. Rachel then moved on to RE/MAX Synergy in 2017 as the Marketing Director. In 2018, Rachel joined Techtronic Industries - TTI as a Field Sales Representative, where they produced over 1.1 million in territory sales and placed 3rd out of 800+ sales reps nationally in a product category sales competition. In 2020, Rachel joined VC5 Consulting as a Business Development Manager and Technology Recruiter. Rachel is currently employed at Domuso as a Senior Business Development Manager, National Accounts, since 2022.

Rachel Melancon attended Louisiana State University from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
