Ray Crouse possesses extensive management experience in various industries, with a focus on leadership and operational excellence. Currently serving as the Recovery & Utilities Department Manager at Domtar since February 1990, Ray played a pivotal role in the start-up of a unique team-based work system at a world-class paper and pulp mill, overseeing a team of fifty-four technicians and twelve managers. Prior to this role, Ray worked as a Territory Sales Representative at Wallace Computer Services, where responsibilities included offering printed products and managing client relationships in North and South Carolina. Ray's earlier experience includes supervisory positions at Allstate and United Technologies, where management of teams and quality control were key functions. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Winthrop University and a Practitioner degree in Human Performance Technologies from the University of Idaho.
