Lucas Medina has a strong background in sales and account management, with experience in various industries. Lucas is currently working as the Regional Sales Director - South at Dompé US since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Key Account Manager at Dompé for five years, from December 2018 to April 2023.

Before joining Dompé, Lucas worked at Shire as a Key Account Manager from January 2018 to December 2018, and as a Senior Sales Representative from March 2016 to December 2017. Lucas also has experience at Entellus Medical as a Sales Representative from April 2014 to March 2016, and at Bausch & Lomb as an Ocular Specialty Representative from March 2009 to April 2014.

Lucas began their career at Merck as a Professional Rep II from June 2005 to January 2009.

Lucas Medina attended The University of New Mexico from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus on Marketing.
