Dr. Whitney Hauser has an extensive and diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Dr. Whitney is currently the Senior Director of Global Medical Communications at Dompé, where they lead medical communications strategies and oversees tactical operations. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Peer Education - US Ophthalmics at Novartis, where they implemented innovative strategies for healthcare professional education and managed various projects. Dr. Hauser is also the founder of DryEyeCoach® platform, a comprehensive resource hub for ocular surface information. Dr. Whitney has experience as a Senior Consultant & Founder at Signal Ophthalmic Consulting, where they focused on elevating practices and driving practice growth through high-touch care. Additionally, Dr. Hauser worked as a Doctor and Director of Clinical Development at TearWell Advanced Dry Eye Treatment Center, specializing in advanced dry eye techniques and developing patient protocols. Dr. Whitney was an Associate Professor at the Southern College of Optometry and served as a faculty member and staff physician. Earlier in their career, Dr. Hauser was the Center Director at TLC Laser Eye Centers and Clinical Director at Toyos Clinic, where they gained experience in direct patient care, training, and research coordination. Dr. Whitney Hauser completed their Bachelor's Degree in Biology, General at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 1992 to 1996. Dr. Whitney then pursued their Doctor of Optometry at the Southern College of Optometry from 1997 to 2001. Following that, they completed a residency in Primary Care Optometry at the same institution from 2002 to 2003.
