Lydia Garcia has been the Chief Data Officer at Domofinance since August 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing local operational control and collective management. Prior to this role, Lydia worked at BNP Paribas Personal Finance from October 2011 to June 2022, holding various positions such as Chargée de Relations Sociales, where contributions included ensuring a positive social climate, coordinating meetings related to workplace safety and social relations, and managing budgets for social relations initiatives. Additionally, Lydia served as a project manager for social relations at the new BNP PF headquarters and was involved in salary planning and reporting as Chargée d’études et rémunération, as well as providing training to managers and participating in transversal HR projects.
