Rachelle Hawkes has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rachelle started their career in 2008 as a Web Content Analyst at Blue Coat Systems, where they worked until 2009. From 2009 to 2011, Rachelle worked as a Teaching Assistant at Brigham Young University. In 2010, they interned as a Knowledge Management Intern at ExxonMobil. Rachelle then gained experience in IT Risk and Assurance as an intern at Ernst & Young in 2011. Since 2012, Rachelle has been working as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Domo, Inc.

Rachelle Hawkes completed their education from 2008 to 2012 at Brigham Young University, where they pursued a Master of Information Systems Management (MISM) and a Bachelor of Information Systems in the field of Information Systems.
