Albert Jao has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Albert is currently the Head of Marketing & Account Development Sales at Domo, Inc. Since joining in June 2021. Before that, from 2018 to 2021, they served as the Executive VP - Product, Marketing & Business Development at Cogent Labs. At this role, they were responsible for the AI portfolio business profit and loss. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2018, Jao worked as the Director - Pre-Sales, Product Management & Software Solutions at Pitney Bowes, where they focused on revenue growth and new solution selling. In 2014, Jao held two positions at Honeywell, serving as the Global Principal Business Development Director - Test & Measurement and the Line of Business Leader - Pressure, Test & Measurement Business, China. Jao's earliest roles in their career include working as the Business Manager - Test & Simulation, Asia Pacific at Moog Inc. from 2007 to 2014, the Project Manager at Ingenico K.K. in 2006, and the Engineering Manager at Cubic Defense Applications from 1999 to 2005.

Albert Jao completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Optoelectronics at the University of Auckland from 1996 to 1999. Following this, they pursued a Postgraduate degree in Business Administration at the same university from 2003 to 2004.
