Eva Sillero currently serves as HR Site Manager at Domo Polymer Solutions in Spain since February 2020, while also holding the position of HR Manager at Solvay Solutions Spain since November 2014. Previously, Eva worked as a Career Coach at UPF Barcelona School of Management, focusing on guiding international students. Other notable roles include HR Manager at AGGREKO, where Eva led international projects and training programs, and HR Manager at TEMOINSA, where strategic HR priorities were designed and implemented. Earlier experience includes positions at Grupo Altran, Insert Sistemas, and Tecnocom, encompassing recruitment and HR development. Eva holds a degree in Organisational Psychology from Universitat de Barcelona and multiple certifications in coaching and HR management.
