Previous roles include Contracts Manager at PDR Construction Limited, managing projects up to £20 million, and Contracts Manager/Construction Director at Hillstone Developments, where project identification and development were key responsibilities. David's educational foundation includes studies at Oldham Technical College and Siddall High School.
