Tarek Kabil currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Bank NXT since April 2022 and as a member of the general assembly for the Egypt sovereign fund, TSFE, from November 2023. Kabil holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Galala University and serves as a Board Member for City Edge Developments and the Egyptian American Enterprise Fund. Additionally, Kabil is an Independent Board Member at Cleopatra Hospitals Group and has held board member roles at Al-Futtaim and the Arab Organization for Industrialization. Kabil was also a member of the Board of Advisors for ASGC Egypt and a Board Member for Group Lilas Tunisie. Kabil earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Alexandria University between 1974 and 1979.
