Steve Min serves as the Vice President of Global Food Safety and Quality Assurance at Domino's, a position held since March 2023. Prior to this role, Steve worked at Dairy Queen from May 2017 to March 2023, progressing from Executive Vice President of R&D and QA to Vice President of R&D Core Products. Steve's experience also includes positions at Wendy's as Director of Quality Assurance and Director of Research and Development from 2010 to May 2017, and as a Research Scientist at Battelle from 2008 to 2010. Earlier career roles involved serving as a Food Technologist at Mattson and Company and Borden Foods from 2002 to 2004 and 1998 to 2000, respectively. Steve holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) and a Master's degree in Food, Agricultural and Biological Engineering, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology, all from The Ohio State University.
