Nic Lush is a seasoned UX professional with a strong background in user experience and design across various industries. Currently serving as UX Manager at Domino’s Pizza UK & Ireland Ltd since March 2019, Nic leads the User Research and Product Design teams to enhance user experiences on digital platforms. Prior experience includes roles as UX Designer at Zenco, where Nic led the UX and UI team for online wills, and as Lead UX/UI Designer at Xtremepush, overseeing the design aspects of multiple platforms. Nic's career began in multimedia and website design at Buckinghamshire College Group, with earlier roles in production coordination at NHBC and marketing assistance at Dawsongroup. Nic holds a 1st Class BA (HONS) in Animation Design from De Montfort University and completed a CPD in Designing for the Human Brain at Bunnyfoot in 2017.
