Noelle Varela has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Noelle worked at Dominion Enterprises from 2018, starting as a Talent Acquisition Manager and later becoming the Director of Talent Acquisition. In these roles, they were responsible for developing and implementing recruiting strategies, building relationships with key stakeholders, and managing a team of recruiters. Prior to that, they were an IT Recruitment Manager at Electronic Systems, Inc. where they successfully managed and developed a team of IT Staffing recruiters. Additionally, they had a long tenure at Priority Staffing, where they held various roles including Account Manager and Recruiter. In these positions, they trained recruiters on recruitment practices, provided ongoing training, and worked closely with companies to find qualified candidates for their positions.

Noelle Varela earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Lee University, where they studied from 1998 to 2002.
