Lindsay Shaw has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting. Lindsay began their career as an Audit Associate at Deloitte in 2005 and stayed there until 2007, where they became an Audit Senior. From 2007 to 2009, Lindsay worked as an Audit Senior at McGladrey. In 2010, they joined First Busey Corporation as a Controller, a position they held until 2013. Lindsay then moved on to Dominion Enterprises, starting as an Accounting Manager in 2014. Lindsay was later promoted to Director of Finance in December 2016, where they continue to work.

Lindsay Shaw received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2004. Lindsay then went on to obtain a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Accounting - Taxation from the same university in 2005. Lindsay also obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the State of Illinois in 2005.
