Matt Hempel is a Senior Business Performance Analyst with experience in CIB and CRE Analytics. Prior to their current role at Dominion Energy, Matt worked as a Business Solutions Analyst at Truist and as a Credit Risk Metrics Analyst at SunTrust. Matt also held a position as an Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where Matt played a key role in reducing the team's defect rate through enhanced reporting and training. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Virginia Commonwealth University.
