Anna Bączyk is an ESG and sustainability expert at Dom Development, a position held since July 2021. Prior to this role, Anna worked as an expert at the Ministry of Economic Development from April 2019 to June 2021 and served as an external expert for the Land Use Sector during the COP24 Presidency at the Ministry of Environment from July 2018 to March 2019. Anna's educational background includes a Magister degree in Geography and Cartography, specializing in Hydrology, from the University of Warsaw, as well as studies at SGH Warsaw School of Economics and Szkoła Główna Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego, and completion of a soil classifier program at the Instytut Uprawy Nawożenia i Gleboznawstwa w Puławach.
