Rob Tooze has over 28 years of experience in operational management within the healthcare and support services sectors. Currently serving as Operations Director at Dolphin Homes since February 2018, Rob also holds the position of Head of Operations for the South West & Wales at Consensus Support Services since May 2008. Prior to these roles, Rob worked as an Area Manager at Shaw Healthcare from January 2001 to May 2008 and at Brandon Trust from May 1995 to January 2001, showcasing a strong background in leadership and operational excellence.
