Boubkar Boulahia is an experienced ASIC Design Manager at Dolphin Design since January 2019, managing a 13-member team and overseeing RTL2GDSII activities across technology nodes from 65nm to 12nm, facilitating up to 5 tape-outs annually. Previously, as Physical Implementation Manager, Boubkar led SoC physical implementation from integration to tape-out, utilizing advanced tools and methodologies while ensuring project governance. Prior roles include Physical Design Team Leader at Tiempo S.A.S., where Boubkar managed the back-end design team for smart-card devices, and Physical Implementation Engineer at ST-Ericsson, focusing on CMOS 45nm and 28nm SoCs. Boubkar's early career includes positions at STMicroelectronics, Dolphin Integration, and an internship at Philips Semiconductors, complemented by a Master’s degree in Physics from the University of Bristol and an engineering diploma from Grenoble INP - UGA.
