Richard Downer is a board member at NextStop Theatre Company since June 2013. Richard also holds the title of Co-Chairman at Dolly Parton's Imagination Library and Treasurer at Herndon Historical Society. With a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the University of Virginia, Richard has been a dedicated member and past president of the Rotary Club of Herndon since June 1968.
