Soumya Roychoudhury is currently the Director of Quality Engineering at Dollar Tree Stores, a position held since June 2019, leading significant business transformations including the implementation of Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) for Dollar Tree and Family Dollar. Prior to this role, Soumya managed the Quality Engineering Team for multiple business units at Dollar Tree, overseeing a vast network of over 14,300 discount stores across the United States and Canada and establishing centralized QA governance. Soumya's extensive experience in project management originates from a fifteen-year tenure at Cognizant, where a variety of retail clients were served, including Payless Shoe Source and AutoZone. Soumya holds a PGDBA in IT from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, a BE in Electrical Engineering from Netaji Subhash Engineering College, and completed high school education in Science at DUM DUM K.K HINDU ACADEMY.
