Michael C. Creedon Jr. serves as the Interim Chief Executive Officer of Dollar Tree and Family Dollar since October 2022, previously holding the role of Chief Operating Officer at Dollar Tree Inc. from the same company. Prior to this, Michael led Advance Auto Parts as President of U.S. Stores from February 2017 to October 2022, having also held various leadership roles in the company, including President of the North Division and President of Autopart International. Additional experience includes positions at Autopart International, Tyco Integrated Security, and ADT Security Services, where responsibilities encompassed sales and operations management. Michael earned a BA in Economics from Middlebury College and completed finance and leadership certificates from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and Northwood University respectively.
