Paulo Badilles is an experienced engineering professional with over two decades of expertise in various engineering roles within Dole Philippines, Inc. Starting as an Instrumentation Technician in 2000, Paulo progressed to the role of Project Engineer at Dole Asia Ltd from 2001 to 2005. Since November 2005, Paulo has held the position of Senior Engineering Head while also serving as a Projects and System Engineer at Dole Philippines, Inc.
