Johannah (Joie) Garcia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in inventory management and process improvement, currently serving as the Senior Inventory & Process Improvement Manager at Dole Sunshine Company since October 2022. Joie's prior role as Inventory Flow Manager at Mondelēz International involved leading the design and execution of three new Regional Distribution Centers with a significant throughput of 162 million cases annually.
