Kristen Tronsky, SPHR, serves as the Chief People Officer at DoiT International since July 2020. Previously, Kristen held roles at CloudHealth by VMware from February 2016 to July 2020, including Chief of Staff, where responsibilities involved strategic planning, organizational health, and business performance during a period of rapid growth, and Director of Human Resources, contributing to the transformation of IT Service Management for the cloud. Earlier experience includes Senior Manager of Human Resources at Altisource Labs, where Kristen oversaw significant growth initiatives, and roles in HR at Sophos, Christian Science Publishing Society, M/C Communications, and Russell Reynolds Associates. Kristen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a focus on Work and Organizations from Boston University.
