Erica Daniels has extensive experience in restaurant management, currently serving as General Manager at Doherty Enterprises since July 2010, where responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, inventory control, and purchasing. Previously, Erica held roles as Training Manager and Supervisor within the same company, focusing on training programs and day-to-day operations. Prior to this, Erica was a teacher for TEAM Charter Schools from July 2009 to June 2010, achieving an average student mastery of over 85%, and a teacher with Teach for America from July 2007 to June 2009, where the average student mastery was over 80%. Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Psychology from Rutgers University, obtained in 2005.
