Kubra Özcan has extensive work experience in various roles within the business analysis and testing field. Kubra started their career in 2012 as a Business Analyst at Cinfikirler Dijital Media. Kubra then worked as an Analyst-Tester at Stramax Software House from 2013 to 2016. At Turkcell Global Bilgi, they served as a Senior Test Engineer & Business Analyst from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, they joined Ericsson and Turkcell as a Senior Test Analyst. Kubra worked in these roles until 2020. Kubra is currently working at Doğuş Teknoloji as a Senior Business Analyst, a role they took on in February 2021. In 2022, they co-founded a company called Wastevisor. Additionally, in October 2022, they became a Principal Business Analyst at Doğuş Teknoloji.

Kubra Özcan attended Anadolu University from 2014 to 2018, where they studied Business Administration.
