Cihan Engin Pusuluk is an accomplished sales and marketing professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the retail sector. Currently serving as the Director - Head of Sales and Trade Marketing at DOĞTAŞ since April 2019, Cihan is responsible for managing a yearly retail turnover exceeding 5 billion TL and overseeing a team of 25 at the headquarters. Prior to this, Cihan founded and managed Ruum Store by Doğtaş from January 2018 to June 2019, and held various positions at Doğtaş | Kelebek from November 2013 to January 2018, including Senior Specialist for E-Commerce and Alternative Sales Channels. Cihan's educational background includes two Master's degrees in Human Resources Management and Strategic Marketing and Brand Management from Bahcesehir University, as well as Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Public Management from Silesian University in Opava and Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University, respectively.
