Pierluigi Consolandi has a wealth of experience in the corporate world. Pierluigi began their career with an internship at Accenture in 2010. Pierluigi then worked as a Business Analyst and Consultant at Accenture from 2011 to 2014. Pierluigi then moved to Long Term Partners (LTP) where they held the roles of Manager and Senior Consultant from 2014 to 2018. In 2018, they moved to Deloitte as a Senior Manager. Currently, they are the Founder & CEO of Dog Heroes, the leader in the fresh-cooked pet food segment in Italy.

Pierluigi Consolandi completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Università degli studi Roma TRE between 2005 and 2008. Pierluigi then went on to obtain a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Management from Università Bocconi between 2008 and 2010.
