Adam Percy is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Manager for North America at DOF since June 2019, Adam has previously held positions such as Corporate Human Resources Manager and HR Program Manager at PAL Aerospace. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Lead Canada and Senior Human Resources Advisor at Subsea 7, as well as positions at J.D. Irving Ltd., Irving Tissue, JD Irving, Cavendish Farms, and Irving Paper. Adam holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources and Labour Relations from Memorial University, Newfoundland and Labrador.
