Terry Kalka is an accomplished cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the Department of Defense and military organizations. Currently serving as Director at the DoD Cyber Crime Center since September 2017, Terry has held multiple titles including Deputy Director and Chief of the DCISE Mission Support Division, focusing on government communications and process improvements within the Defense Industrial Base Cybersecurity Program. Prior to this, Terry was the Cyber Integration Lead for the US Army, providing senior advisory support to a 13,000-personnel organization, and previously held positions as a Software Engineer at L-3 Communications and as a Senior Technical Instructor at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers. Terry possesses a Master of Science in Government Information Leadership with a cybersecurity concentration from the National Defense University and a Bachelor's degree in Music Theory and Composition from Syracuse University.
