María Pardo Fernández has work experience in various roles and companies. In 2023, they worked at Docuten in a Customer Care role. Prior to that, in 2022, they were a Promotora at ACNUR Comité español for a brief period. From 2020 to 2021, María worked as an Early Years Educator at Park Academy Childcare.

María Pardo Fernández completed a Master's degree in Dirección de Recursos Humanos at ENEB - Escuela de Negocios Europea de Barcelona from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, they obtained another Master's degree in Procesos de Formación from the Universidad de Santiago de Compostela, which they pursued from 2019 to 2021. María also holds a Bachelor's degree in Magisterio from the same university, which they completed from 2015 to 2019.

In addition to their formal education, María has obtained several certifications. María obtained a certification in Excel Avanzado from LIDERA KNOWLEDGE S.L. in December 2022. In June 2022, they completed a course on Igualdad de oportunidades: aplicación práctica en la empresa y los RR.HH from the Escuela Virtual de Igualdad. María also has certifications in web development, including Introducción al desarrollo web II (40h) from Google Actívate in September 2021, and Curso de Introducción al desarrollo web: HTML y CSS (1/2) from the same institution in August 2021.
