Ron Sears has extensive experience in account management and sales, currently serving as Director of Enterprise Customer Success Account Management and Director of Enterprise Renewal Management at DocuSign since December 2021. Prior to this role, Ron held multiple positions at Micro Focus from February 2011 to December 2021, including Maintenance Renewals Sales Manager for North America and Latin America. Ron's career also includes experience as an Inside Sales Representative at AIN Plastics and as a Mortgage Banker at Quicken Loans. Ron holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
