Constance Luong started working as a QA Engineer at SunView Software, Inc. in January 2017 and continued in that role until July 2021. In July 2021, they joined DocuPhase as a QA Engineer and is currently in that position.

Constance Luong completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from the University of South Florida, where they attended from 2013 to 2016. In addition, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from the Scrum Alliance in October 2022.
