Ben Gideon began their career in 2003 as the VP of Professional Services at Docufree. In this role, they led the Implementations team to ensure all new accounts were implemented accurately, on time, and on budget. Ben also assisted the sales team in scoping all recurring revenue proposals, and some project revenue proposals, to ensure operational feasibility and profitability, as well as managed and performed paid customer assessments to review complex existing/potential customer processes and identify efficiencies and opportunities. Ben then moved into the role of VP of Operations, VP of BPO, Implementation Director, and BPO Director at Docufree. In the BPO Director role, they managed large scale Business Process Outsourcing operations focusing on Document Management and Online Content Management. Ben managed a team of approximately 70 indirect employees while focusing on high quality, low cost, increasing revenue, adhering to extremely tight SLA's, and managing client's expectations.
In 2003, Ben Gideon also joined InnoSource Business Solutions where they held the roles of BPO Director, BPO Manager, and Operations Manager.
Ben Gideon obtained a BA/BS in Marketing from Auburn University between 1997 and 2002. Ben also holds certifications from the Institute of Finance and Management (APSC), CompTIA (CompTIA CDIA+), United States Postal Service (EMCM and MQC), and Riverwood Associates (Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt and Lean Six Sigma - Yellow Belt).
