Paul McCarthy has over 25 years of business leadership experience, specializing in IT, systems integration, software, and outsourcing services. Paul has held various director and executive positions in multiple companies, including Digital Cognate where they currently serve as the CEO. In addition, they have been a director and advisor at Elemental, Innovatus Drinks, and AirDigital. Paul has also served as the managing partner at Line Out Group and HeleCloud, where they held various roles including Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Corporate Development Officer. Prior to that, they were the Global Sales Director at Monitise and the Managing Director at Agilisys and Morse.

Paul McCarthy attended Chigwell School from 1974 to 1981. Later, in 2007 to 2008, they enrolled at Harvard Business School, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration and Management, General, receiving a diploma in LPSF.
