Hetal Thakore MD has extensive experience in the medical field, currently serving as a member of the National Medical Advisory Board at Select Medical and as an Advisory Board Member at Integrated Psych Solutions. Since 2013, Thakore has held the position of Medical Director for Inpatient Medicine at Doctor's Hospital of Augusta, while also serving as Assistant Director for Inpatient Rehab at the same facility since 2019. In addition, Thakore is the owner of Lotus Health of Augusta, focusing on post-acute care and geriatric health management. Previous roles include a founding member of MedEx Associates and Medical Director of Hospitalist Programs at both University Hospital and the Medical College of Georgia. Thakore holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Vanderbilt University, an MD from Ross University, and an MBA from Augusta University.
