Victoria Kluj has extensive experience in the healthcare and automotive sectors, currently serving as the Patient Experience Support Manager at Doctor Care Anywhere since February 2021, after leading the Patient Experience Team. Previously, Victoria held the role of Team Manager at NHS Professionals from September 2015 to February 2021. Victoria also worked at Bupa from April 2001 to September 2015 as a Specialist Team Manager, overseeing the Obstetrics and Gynaecology team and providing clinical and policy support. Earlier in Victoria's career, from April 1999 to April 2001, Aftersales Consultant responsibilities were undertaken at Volvo Car Group, managing customer relations and operational compliance. Education was completed at Saint Gabriel's High School in Bury between 1991 and 1996.
