Ludwig Offredo has a robust professional background in customer satisfaction and sales operations, currently serving as Director of Customer Satisfaction at Doctolib since December 2015, where responsibilities include oversight of Sales Excellence and Operations in Italy and leading international expansion efforts. Previously, Ludwig held several roles at Doctolib, beginning as a Sales Operations Analyst and progressing to Global Operations Strategy Manager. Prior experience includes a consultancy internship at E-Cube Strategy Consultants focusing on energy and environmental challenges, a marketing internship with L'Oréal in the Europe Zone, and a business development assistant role at Sino Shine Retailing Ltd.
