Emeric Elchardus is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in tech support, operations management, and digital health consulting. Currently serving as Tech Support Senior Team Manager at Doctolib since September 2021, Emeric has focused on enhancing user experience through improved platform interoperability. Previously, as Operations Manager at DEEPLINK MEDICAL, Emeric successfully deployed telemedicine solutions across multiple healthcare institutions in France and led a significant research project with the French National Research Agency. Emeric's career also includes leadership roles at Sicap, overseeing operations and presales teams, alongside a strong background in project management within the digital health sector from earlier positions at Swapcom, Axalto, and Schlumberger.
