Andrea Patterson has worked in the customer service industry since 2011. Andrea began their career as a Multi-Channel Sales Associate at Best Buy in 2011, then moved to AT&T as a Retail Sales Consultant in 2014. In 2015, they joined Apple as a Learning Management System Administrator and Applecare Continuity+ Chat Advisor. Most recently, they accepted a role as a Product Support Representative at Dropbox DocSend in 2022.

Andrea Patterson is currently attending the University of South Carolina Upstate, where they are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Management Information Systems, General.
