Davina Alvarez has a diverse work experience, starting in 2003 as an Administrative Assistant at Gene Juarez Salons & Spas. Davina then moved on to work as an Administrative Assistant at Watts Constructors in 2006. In 2009, they joined DZSP21, LLC as a Buyer and later became a Procurement Manager in 2010. Davina's most recent position was at DOCOMO PACIFIC, where they served as the Director of Procurement and Contracts from 2014 onwards.

Davina Alvarez has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Maryland Global Campus, which they obtained from 2020 to 2021. Davina also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of Phoenix.
