Kolos Kaszály is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Technology Innovation and Chief Technology Officer at Docler Holding Luxembourg since February 2017, Kolos bridges the gap between business and engineering while leading a team of engineering managers. Previously, Kolos held positions such as Chief Executive Officer at Jasmin IP S.à r.l. and Lead Software Architect at Docler Media, where significant challenges regarding the adaptation of software development culture for the US market were addressed. Starting with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Budapest University of Technology and Economics, Kolos has progressed from a PHP developer to senior leadership roles, demonstrating a strong commitment to team building and technological innovation throughout a career spanning over two decades.
