Michelle (MC) Johansen is a seasoned engineering operations leader with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Engineering Operations at Docker, Inc. since May 2023, Michelle has previously held positions such as Director of Engineering - Operations at CircleCI and Director of Engineering at Zapproved. Significant contributions include a board membership at PDX Women in Tech, focusing on mentorship programs.
