Wellington da Silva began their work experience in 2014 as an Atendente de telemarketing at Grupo Contax, where they worked from November 2014 until October 2015. In 2016, they joined AeC Contact Center as an Atendente de telemarketing and worked there until March 2018. In 2019, they joined Chianca Softwares and worked in the role of Infraestrutura de tecnologia da informação from July 2019 to December 2020. Most recently, Wellington da Silva joined Dock in March 2021 as an Analista de Desenvolvimento and later was promoted to the role of Software Engineer I in July 2022.

Wellington da Silva is currently a student at Instituto Federal da Paraíba, where they are pursuing a degree in Technology in Internet Systems. Wellington started their studies in 2019 and is expected to graduate in 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Wellington has also obtained several certifications. In March 2022, they completed the course "Microservices Java with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud" at Udemy. In October 2020, they obtained a certification in "Facial Recognition with Python and OpenCV" from Udemy Brasil. Furthermore, in July 2020, they completed a course titled "Python Programming from Basic to Advanced" at Udemy.
