Rodrigo Queiroz's work experience begins in 2018 when they worked at Walmart as an Auxiliar Administrativa until 2020. During this time, they also worked at Grupo Big - Brasil as an Assistente Administrativo de RH from October 2018 to March 2020. In 2021, Rodrigo joined Dock as a Quality Assurance Quality Control until November 2022. Rodrigo then transitioned to the role of QA Software Engineer I at Dock, where they were involved in manual and automated testing, execution of functional and non-functional tests, and familiar with testing techniques.

Rodrigo Queiroz pursued their undergraduate education from 2021 to 2024 at UniFTC. During this time, they completed a degree program known as "Graduação Sanduíche" with a focus on Technology in Information Technology/Information Systems.
