Mayrlon Carlos has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Mayrlon began their career in 2016 as an Estagiário Administrativo at Pacto Mais, where they worked until December 2018. In 2019, they joined Softcom Tecnologia as a Suporte Técnico for a brief period. Later in 2019, they started working at Pacto Mais again, this time as an Estagiário de Qualidade de Software. In this role, they conducted manual and automated testing, reported bugs to the development team, and created new test cases and scripts. Mayrlon'smost recent position is as a QA Engineer II at Dock, starting in April 2020.

Mayrlon Carlos completed a degree in Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas from Estácio University from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they studied Relações Internacionais at Universidade Federal da Paraíba from 2013 to 2017. Mayrlon also holds a certification in Scrum Fundamentals Certified, which they obtained in March 2018 from SCURMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile.
